The CCJIP Advisory Board Meeting had another record breaking
attendance for the October 2007 meeting with 34 representatives from 19 sponsor companies in attendance. Ohio
University's President Dr. Roderick McDavis provided opening remarks to kick off the event. Twenty student
presentations covered topics concerning localized attack in CO2 and CO2/H2S
environments, advancements in corrosion prediction, and research directions. We would like to thank Dr. Bruce
Craig of METCORR and Dr. Michel Bonis of Total for providing presentations regarding practical experience of
corrosion related problems.
